At DANBI, every necklace is handcrafted in small batches for each monthly collection.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Natural Gemstones

Every natural gemstone is unique.

Slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and inclusions are part of the natural beauty of genuine gemstones and are not considered defects.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.
