Returns & Refunds
Can i return or exchange my order?
Because our necklaces are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and make it right.

Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. We use natural gemstones. Because every stone is unique, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are completely normal.
Will my necklace look exactly like the photos?
No. Your necklace may have slight differences in color and pattern, making every piece unique.
